Deleting a Note

Granted that you have the proper permissions, deleting a note can be done quickly and easily from either the client’s notes screen or the note detail screen.

From the Client’s Notes Screen #

To delete a note from the client’s all note section, simply select the carrot menu on the note you wish to delete, and then select the Delete this Note option.

A confirmation dialog will confirm that you wish to delete the note. Selecting yes will permanently delete the note.

From the Note Detail Screen #

From a note detail page, simply select the trash icon in the top right of the note.

A confirmation dialog will confirm that you wish to delete the note. Selecting yes will permanently delete the note.

Can a Deleted Note Be Recovered? #

No, a note can not be recovered once deleted. However, granted that you have permission to view the Audit Log application, you could review the audit log entry for when the note was created and recreate the note from details recorded in the audit log.
