# Enabling the CaseStream Connect Portal

The CaseStream Connect Portal can be enabled by [emailing support](https://www.youthcenter.net/contact) and requesting they turn it on. Additional charges may apply. The CaseStream Connect Portal enables contacts associated with a juvenile to log in, fill out forms, upload and download files, and view specific objects shared with them in the portal - such as Notes, Incidents, Calendar Events, and more. With real-time collaboration and centralized access, you can enhance communication and boost productivity, all while improving outcomes for the youth you serve.
